Heather Zorn Named Assistant Dean for Advancement

Following a national search, the College of Education is pleased to announce that Heather Zorn has been named Assistant Dean for Advancement and Chief Advancement Officer, effective December 2, 2024.

With over 20 years of experience in various advancement roles at the university, Heather has most recently served as the College’s Interim Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Constituent Engagement. As a proud University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alumna herself, Heather knows what makes an Illinois—and College of Education—academic experience unique and life-changing.
